Lovely miniature map of the region north of the Black Sea encompassing the Crimea and the southern steppes of Ukraine. The map is adorned with a strapwork title cartouche. From the English edition of Mercator's Atlas Minor, which was published under the title Historia Mundi or Mercators Atlas by Michael Spark and Samuel Cartwright. English text on verso.
