This handsome map of the eastern United States shows Missouri with a flat western boundary and Michigan is somewhat misshapen. Large Wisconsin and Iowa territories occupy the northwest. A tiny sliver of the independent Republic of Texas appears at lower left. Towns and cities, mountains, rivers, Indian tribes, and more are identified. Published by Carey & Hart.
