This is a completely new map by J.L. Hazzard that was included in the 1857 edition of Desilver's atlas and features good detail throughout. County configuration is current to the publication date (the latest change occurring in 1853). The map displays good detail of towns and villages, roads, existing and proposed railroads, and watersheds.
