An interesting map of the of British Isles (6 x 6.3") and two allegorical scenes representing British military and government, separated into land forces on the left and naval forces on the right. The French text below expounds on English military strength in 1704.

A crisp impression on paper with an "I C H" watermark, a couple of minor spots of foxing, and a short tear in the bottom blank margin.
