This detailed map depicts the historical region of Lorraine, now in the administrative region of Grand Est. The map is centered approximately on the city of Nancy, and absolutely filled with details of towns, forests, mountains, and river systems. First issued by Robert de Vaugondy in 1756 and updated by his successor, Delamarche, in 1792.
