Attractive regional map of Germany centers on Mansfeld and Eisleben with nice detail along the Wipper and Saale Rivers. Based on the cartography of Stella and Mellinger, the map is graphically engraved to illustrate the forests and marshes and filled with place names. Engraved by Franz Hogenberg. Latin text on verso.

A nice impression on a clean, bright sheet with minor marginal soiling and an archivally repaired tear confined to the bottom blank margin.
