A detailed map of the state delineated by county with railroads, roads, canals, cites and villages depicted. County development is current to 1852 with the appearance of Winn County in the northern part of the state, but prior to the renaming of Lafourche Interior to Lafourche (1853). Surrounded by Colton's strapwork border.
