A beautifully engraved decorative map of the whole of France based on the work of Jean Jolivet. This richly engraved map is filled with topographical features and numerous cities. The large strapwork cartouche contains text, and a coat of arms is displayed in the stipple engraved sea. Latin text on verso.

A nice impression on a clean, bright sheet with archival repairs to centerfold separations confined to the top and bottom blank margins and to a short edge tear at bottom.
