Handsome and beautifully composed map of the vicinity of Verona, from Mantua to Trento, with Lake Garda shown prominently. The map is based on the cartography of Bernardino Brugnoli. A large, exotic title cartouche fills the upper left corner. French text on verso.

Condition: A

A sharp impression on a clean, bright sheet bearing the horn watermark commonly found on Ortelius maps. There is light toning along the edges of the sheet and a manuscript page number below the neatline.
