This finely engraved map covers the southern portion of European Russia with nice detail throughout of topography, towns and river systems. The map includes the cities of Kiev in the west, Azov and Astrakhan in the south, Kazan in the northeast, and Moscow in the northwest. The map is embellished with a figural title cartouche featuring Russian scenes of hunting and trading.
