This remarkably detailed map covers the region from the Gulf of Finland and the Black Sea in the west to the edge of Siberia in the east, including most of Finland and northwestern Russia. St. Petersburg and Moscow are both located. Details include mountains, rivers, forests and scores of place names. A decorative title cartouche fills the upper right corner, featuring a reverse image of the mounted figure from the coat of arms of Russia. Published by Jean Lattre.
