This small map covers all of the West Indies and South America, north of the equator. In Guyana, the large, legendary (and misspelled) Prime Lake is noted on the Equator, with the mythical city of gold, Manoa o el Dorado named on its shores. The tip of Florida is labeled Part of Louisiana and the Great Bahama Bank (Bahama Shoald) is clearly indicated. Published in London in Thomas Salmon's Modern History: or the Present State of All Nations.
