This is a handsome map of the Holy Land on both sides of the Jordan River and divided into the twelve tribes of Israel. At left is a large decorative title cartouche featuring a rabbi and a cherub playing a harp, and at right is a text description of the region with five distance scales.

A crisp impression on watermarked paper with four small worm holes around the centerfold which have been closed on verso with archival materials. There are a couple of minor damp stains that just enter the neatline at top.
