A scarce double-page edition of this map with lovely original color showing early surveying, railroads, reservation lands, mines, and topography. There are numerous place names, military camps, forts and the proposed routes of the Southern Pacific and Atchison, Topeka, and Santa Fe railroads meander across the map. An elegant strapwork border surrounds this example.
