This is the reprint edition of the original edition that was published in Washington, 1901. It contains a subject-chronological monograph relating to the maps that were in the Library of Congress as of November, 1897. Listing over 10,000 maps, it is a valuable reference for maps of America. 1137pp. 8vo, hardbound in green cloth with silver titles on black on front and spine.
