This lovely facsimile recreates a compilation of maps and text reprinted from various editions of Johannes Blaeu's Grooten Atlas printed in Amsterdam from 1630 to 1662. It includes a 16-page introduction in Dutch. There are 65 maps, including a few in color, and a glorious full-color title page. This is #431 of 550 copies. Unpaginated. Hardbound in blue imitation leather with silver titles on the front cover and spine. Slides into a cardboard slipcase with illustrated covers.

Contents tight with very faint damp stains at top of the first few pages. Covers have minor soiling and some light wear along the spine. There is light wear and a few damp stains to the slipcase, and the top and bottom end pieces are missing.
