The series was initiated, edited, and published by the most highly regarded map expert of the 20th Century, Mr. Ronald V. Tooley. Contributors include scholars, dealers, and collectors focusing on a wide range of topics. Collectively, they cover probably the finest compendium of maps and their makers.
