This automobile guidebook provides detailed driving instructions for various parts of the "Old Spanish Trail" Highway. Work on this auto trail began in 1915 and it eventually covered 2,750 miles of the southern United States from "ocean to ocean." The routes featured are: New Orleans to Miami, New Orleans to Houston, Dallas to Houston, Dallas to Los Angeles, and Dallas to Lake City, Florida. The 123 pages are filled with advertisements and illustrations for various businesses along the routes. The booklet also includes a folding map (14.2 x 10.6") detailing the entire highway.
