This miniature map of Minorca features pictorial views of cities and the topography of the island. The map is adorned with sea monsters, a sailing ship, mermen, a compass rose, and a decorative title cartouche. Engraved by Girolamo Porro and printed on a full sheet (8.3 x 11.8") of Italian text. Published in between 1576 and 1620.
