This beautiful map of the eastern Mediterranean region details the travels of Apostle Paul. It is richly decorated with scenes from St. Paul's travels in vignettes along the top and bottom and numerous sailing ships and a compass rose in the sea. This is a later state with Stoopendaal's imprint replaced by that of Pieter and Jacob Keur. Dutch text on verso.

Condition: B+

A nice impression, issued folding, with light damp stains at top barely entering the image. There are professional repairs to a centerfold separation that enters 2" into image at bottom and an adjacent 1" tear.
