This scarce oil map covers all of Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas along with portions of New Mexico, Missouri, Arkansas, and Louisiana. It prominently shows oil fields, gas fields, and "oil indications" in red overprinting with large concentrations depicted in northeastern Oklahoma and southern Kansas. This version of the map prominently shows the wells of the Roxoline Petroleum Co. of Oklahoma City in blue overprinting, and was likely used to promote sales of their stock. Folds into cream-colored paper wrappers (4 x 9").

There is a hint of color offsetting and some minor staining at top left where the map was glued to the rear wrapper. Light wear to paper wrappers. The light gray hue along the fold lines at top and bottom are caused by our scanner and not on the physical map.
