This is an uncommon and very fine map of Fyn, Langeland, and Als. It is beautifully engraved and decorated with a coat of arms and sailing ships, and the cartouches are adorned with hunters and putti. This edition, published by Pitt, includes the additions of a plate number "XXXIV" at top right and a graticule.

Condition: A

A dark impression on a wide-margined sheet with a "P" watermark, minor offsetting, an a soft crease adjacent to the centerfold. There is light soiling along the edges of the sheet.
