Fine, large map of southern Germany including Heidelberg, Augsburg, Stuttgart, Constance and Strassburg. Densely engraved with information and fortifications prominently shown. The map is decorated with a drape-style title cartouche and sixteen coats of arms of the region surrounded by putti.

A dark impression with full contemporary color and short centerfold separations at top and bottom, with the bottom one closed on verso with tape.
