This scarce chart by French naval officer M. de Hell shows L'Ile-Rousse on Corsica. The city appears in plan form, and the coast is depicted in intricate topographical detail. There is great navigational detail in the Mediterranean, including soundings, bottom types, anchorages, and routes. Drawn by Besancon and engraved by Hennequin. Published by the Depot de la Marine with the engraved seal at bottom right and the price below the neatline: Prix Deux Francs.
