The first part explores the paths created by the first inhabitants of North America (mound builders), while the second explores "Buffalo Roads." Included within the text are 4 single-page archaeologic maps focused on Ohio, Illinois and Wisconsin. This volume is part of a 16 volume set written by Archer Butler Hulbert and published by the Arthur Clark Company in Cleveland. 12mo, hardbound in blue cloth with gilt title on spine.
