This pocket map of Lake County, California was published by Edward Denny & Co. in San Francisco. Printed in blue ink, the map is divided into townships with Guenoc and Gallayomi Rancho identified at bottom. Clear Lake, the county's namesake, is prominently depicted at center and numerous springs are located and named in its vicinity. Folds into blue printed paper wrappers (4.1 x 6"). This 1904 example is the earliest Denny map we could find in auction records over the last 35 years.
