A promotional street map covering the region from Miami Shores south to Coral Gables and east to Miami Beach. Blue overprinting highlights the Brickell portion of downtown calling it "the outstanding investment value in Miami today." The verso contains a large subdivision plan of Brickell Estates as well as a bird’s eye photographic view of Miami with an index to 48 downtown buildings. Self-folding.
