This handsome map of Transylvania shows parts of present-day Hungary and Romania. There is nice detail of forested areas, mountain ranges, rivers, and towns. The elegant title cartouche is flanked with female figures and topped with a crest. German text on verso, published 1638-42.

Condition: B+

A dark impression with printer's ink residue and light, scattered foxing.
