A. "In and Out" Map of Miami Miami Beach Coral Gables & Vicinity, by Carmel Wilson, circa 1938 (26.5 x 15.1"). This brochure folds out to a large bird's-eye view of Miami and Miami Beach with numerous buildings and landmarks illustrated and identified. Includes a small inset showing "Distances to Miami." The map is surrounded by local advertisements and the verso has an extensive index of apartments, hotels, dining, and more. Condition: Issued folding with several short fold separations and light toning at lower left.
B. [Lot of 2] Miami, Florida, Dec. 15th, 1925, dated 1925 (36.7 x 6.9") [and] Miami, Florida Business District January 7th 1926, dated 1926 (36.6 x 6.9"). Two panoramic photographs by Verne O. Williams with his stamp along the lower edge of each image. The first shows ships and sailboats along the waterfront with several high-rise buildings under construction in the background. The second photograph shows the business district taken from the west with the same buildings visible in the background. Condition: Toned with moderate wrinkling in the images.
