This ancient map of the continent was issued as plate #6 in Stackhouse's An Universal Atlas, Consisting of A Complete Set of Maps, Peculiarly Adapted To Illustrate Ancient and Modern Geography. It covers the region from Asia Minor to an unnamed Japan and Korea and south to the East Indies. Shows ancient place names, major rivers, and some basic topographical features. Above the Arctic Circle is Terre Incognite. Engraved by Samuel Neele.
