This handsome and informative world map was designed by R.H. Jannot for French shipping company Chargeurs Reunis. The title cartouche notes the company's international routes for both passengers and freight, but these routes are not delineated on the map. Instead, there is a plethora of information on railroads, major airports, canals, roads, natural resources, vegetation, wildlife, and more, with a legend at bottom right identifying the various symbols used.

Issued folding. The margins have been trimmed to neatline. There are some small chips and tears along the edges and minor extraneous creasing.
