A detailed street map of Houston compiled by W.S. Parks and published by the Western Map Company. Locates the Rice Institute, University of Houston, Memorial Park, and more with one mile concentric circles radiating from downtown. Includes numerous advertisements above and below the map and on verso. The verso also contains a street index and a section of "facts and figures" with data as of 1938, providing a circa date. No auction records or dealer listings in the last 30 years and no institutional examples located on OCLC.
