This promotional brochure contains two maps and was issued by the Altadena Chamber of Commerce. The map on verso (13.2 x 16.0") depicts the cities of Pasadena, Altadena, and San Marino with good detail and locates the Rose Bowl, Cal Tech, and the Huntington Estate. Surrounded by a street index and advertisements at top. The verso contains a road map of Southern California (23.7 x 13.3") showing the best roads, trails, "mountain telephones", oil fields, camping places, and a numbered key to 34 golf clubs in the region. Self-folding (3.6 x 8.5"). While Thurston produced several maps of Los Angeles and Pasadena, we found no examples of this map on OCLC or elsewhere.
