This is a very beautiful map due to the highly decorative title cartouche filling the Baltic Sea. It covers the northern portion of Poland (Gdansk south to Torun) and the Baltic coast, Konigsburg (Kaliningrad) into Lithuania. Highly detailed throughout with roads, cities and towns. The title cartouche features a portrait of Frederick III, King of the Prussian dynasty, surrounded by an elaborate allegorical scene of his coronation in 1701.

A sharp impression with contemporary color in the map and later color in the cartouche. There is a hint of toning along the centerfold and light toning along the edges of the sheet.
