This elegantly engraved map extends from the Adriatic Sea to the Black Sea and encompasses parts of present-day Austria, Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, Ukraine, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Romania, Moldova, Montenegro, Kosovo, Bulgaria, Albania, Greece, and Turkey. It locates several towns and cities, including Vienna, Brno, Poson/Presburg (Bratislava), Zagreb, Budapest (depicted as two separate cities across the Danube), Saraio (Sarajevo), and Constantinople. The Danube prominently snakes through the map, and there is nice detail of the region's mountains and rivers. The decorative title cartouche at bottom left features a tangle of horses and bodies in battle. Next to the cartouche, there are four distance scale and a key identifying the locations of Ottoman beylerbey and sanjaks.
