Palmer; and "Some Account of the Physical Geography of Newfoundland" by Julian Moreton. Also includes three articles on New Zealand and one on Saudi Arabia by William Palgrave. Folding maps of interest include Map of Vancouver Island (14.5 x 10.3"), Map of Newfoundland (9.2 x 9.6"), and Map of the Provinces of Canterbury and Otago (New Zealand) (13.8 x 11.2"). 326 pages with an additional 193 introductory pages. Hardbound in half leather over marbled boards with gilt title label and raised bands on spine.
