This uncommon pocket atlas was published by the Fireman's Fund, an early automobile insurance company. Prepared by Theodore Binge, the atlas depicts 57 counties on 20 single page maps, and has been corrected to July 1904. The maps show stage lines, railroads, and place names with advertisements for the Fireman's Fund on verso including "The Wise Man Insures with the Fireman's Fund Insurance Company" and "The Man Who Does Not Insure his Buildings Against Fire Neglects His Own Interest." Oblong 12mo, printed paper wrappers.

Maps are near fine with occasional small stains in the margins. Front wrapper has a dampstain near the spine and a small chip at bottom right.
