This lovely pair of Italian maps shows Scotland. Like many of Cassini's maps, these appear to be copied from Antonio Zatta's similar maps of 1779. The maps delineate shires and identify numerous towns and cities. Each map features two distance scales and a decorative title cartouche with a fishing vignette.
