Very detailed map of the Oberpfaltz region north of the Danube. The region shown is from the Main River in the northern corner to Regensburg on the Danube in the south. There are hundreds of villages shown with major towns colored in crimson. The banner-style cartouche is held aloft by putti over a reclining female figure and a lion.
