This handsome view of Havana Harbor was created by Edgell Company in Philadelphia and published by the Seaboard Air Line Railway as part of its 14 page brochure promoting its route from Tampa to Key West and Havana. The half-tone panoramic view is taken from the Fort of Saint Charles (La Cabana) and shows numerous steamships and sailboats in the harbor and the city's skyline in the background. A contemporary review described Edgell's view as “…superbly reproduced in half-tone, the sky and water effects being especially meritorious…" Self-folding into pictorial wrappers entitled Cuba (4.2 x 9.0").
