Nice copper-engraved map of the region from the Caucasus through Egypt's Nile valley and the Persian Gulf. The map was intended to illustrate the extents of the empires of Constantinople, Antioche, Jerusalem and Alexander. Engraved by E. Dussy. Later issue by Delamarche.

A nice impression on a bright sheet with contemporary outline color that has faded a bit and minor marginal soiling.
