San Francisco is shown across the Bay. The verso features related photos and advertising including a description of the North Berkeley Terrace as “POSITIVELY the best real estate opportunity of the year.” Self-folds into pictorial wrappers (4.7 x 10.3") with a bird's-eye view looking south, highlighting the properties.
