This attractive view by Charles Green shows the East Bay region extending from Oakland north to Richmond with a focus Berkeley, including the University of California, and the area between Berkeley and Richmond where the company’s North Berkeley Terrace property is laid out. San Francisco is shown across the Bay. The verso features related photos and advertising including a description of the North Berkeley Terrace as “POSITIVELY the best real estate opportunity of the year.” Self-folds into pictorial wrappers (4.7 x 10.3") with a bird's-eye view looking south, highlighting the properties. Printed by R.S. Kitchener in Oakland. There are no past sales records and only one institutional example on OCLC (UC-Berkeley).

Issued folding with two long fold separations at right that have been closed on verso with archival tape. There are two small holes adjacent to the inner folds and some pencil notations confined to the bottom blank margin.
