This detailed pocket map was compiled by James Chadwick and issued by the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce. It covers the vicinity from Hollywood, Griffith Park, and Glendale in the north to Inglewood, Watts, and Huntington Park in the south. The map presents the city's street grid pattern with the city limits shown by black dashed lines. Several railroads are located and named along with parks, cemeteries, and the course of the Los Angeles River. The verso contains a comprehensive street index. Folds into paper wrappers (2.7 x 6.5").

Issued folding with a few fold separations along the sheet edges that have been closed on verso with archival tape. Paper wrappers are worn with chips at top and bottom and a separation that has been closed with archival tape.
