An attractive photographic bird’s-eye by Samuel Freedman showing all of Manhattan along with portions of the Bronx, Booklyn, and New Jersey. Red overprinting points to the Southern Pacific's docks along the Hudson River, their corporate office on Fifth Avenue, and the Hotel Edison. Includes an inset map showing the “Principal Theatres and Shopping District" and numerous points of interest below the map. Rear cover features a full page illustration of the Hotel Edison, opened in 1931 with Thomas Edison present. Self-folding into pictorial paper wrappers (3.7 x 9.0").
