Very striking sea chart depicting the southern part of South America from the Rio de la Plata to Tierra del Fuego, showing the Straits of Magellan and Le Maire. The chart is embellished with a compass rose, two sailing galleons, and a title cartouche featuring putti.

A nice impression on a lightly toned sheet with several large dampstains, a couple of short tears along the edges of the sheet, and an old paper repair on bottom centerfold.
