This intricate view of Wroclaw was printed by Johann Christian Leopold. There is excellent detail of the city's architecture and the fortifications along the Oder River. 43 sites of interest are identified by a key in two parts held aloft by putti. In the rolling hills in the foreground there are horsemen and farmers busy at work. The coat of arms of Wroclaw appears below the view, with the severed head of John the Baptist at its center. Also at bottom is text in Latin and German describing the city.
