This striking allegorical title page was designed by L. Webbers and features mythical figures examining a large globe centered on Europe and Africa. Above them Atlas is shown holding a celestial globe on his shoulders while a young woman drawing a map is seated in the foreground. Putti hold aloft the drape-style title cartouche. Engraved by J. van Munnikhuyse.

A nice impression with some minor stains and light toning that is more prominent in the bottom margin.
