Handsome map of Northern Italy with north oriented to the right. The map is based on the cartography of Johannes Septala and is filled with detail and embellished with an ornate title cartouche, a sea monster and a sailing ship. French text on verso.

Condition: A

A nice impression with gilt highlights on a bright sheet with a bunch of grapes watermark and a couple of tiny mildew stains along the centerfold. There is printer's ink residue and a couple of extraneous creases in the right blank margin.
