A nice map of Manhattan that stretches from Battery Park to Central Park and extends to include portions of Brooklyn and Jersey City. The northern part of Manhattan continues in an inset at lower right. The map was issued just two years before construction began on the Brooklyn Bridge - the first bridge crossing the East River.

Condition: A

On a mostly clean bright sheet with light toning along the sheet edges. There is a faint crease at lower left and a small stain in the bottom right blank margin.
