A. Dallas, Texas, by Dallas Railway & Terminal Company, dated 1942 (19.3 x 23.5"). A detailed street map of the city extending to University Park in the north and Honey Springs in the south. Shows detailed routes of street cars, motor coaches and feeder coaches along with real estate development. Includes an inset of the business district at lower left, while the verso contains a street index and transportation schedules. Self-folding into pictorial wrappers (4.0 x 9.7"). Published by the Dallas Railway & Terminal Company. Condition: Issued folding with several tiny fold separations with minute loss at a few fold junctions. A couple of short edge tears have been closed on verso with archival tape. (B+)

B. Dallas Transportation Map, by Dallas Railway & Terminal Company, dated 1952 (26.8 x 32.0"). An updated and enlarged version of the map above with red overprinting showing the various bus and trolley lines by number. The verso includes a couple of inset maps, photographs, street guide and timetables. OCLC shows no examples of this map and only three copies of the 1950 and 1953 versions. Condition: A clean bright example, issued folding. (A)
